4. Proof of Purchase: A vaild receipt, invoice, or official order confirmation number is strictly required to process any return or refund.

What to Include in The Refund Policy

To ensure complete transparency, please note the specific tules regarding non-returnable items, shipping costs, and processing times;

1. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods cannot be returned or refunded due to hygience, safety, or customization reasons. These include;

a. Personalized, custom-made, or print-on-demand products.

b. Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers).
